A: We actively recruit for the financial services industry and other diversified financial services companies. Our client base consists of commercial and regional banks, asset-based lenders, software companies, consulting organizations and legal firms from around the U.S. and overseas. We fill positions at all levels, from chief compliance officer to administrative support positions—in addition to providing interim management, consulting and temporary staff.

Q: What is your fee structure?

A: Our fee structure is competitive. We offer several arrangements—contingency, retainer, and exclusive contingency. Our temporary and consulting services are based on hourly or project-based rates. All fees and temporary/consulting rates will be agreed upon prior to engagement of our services.
